MARGO Nanneman
Passionate About Empowering Your Body's Healing
I am a dancer, a runner, an outdoor enthusiast, and definitely a brain nerd. I am passionate about holistic healing of the nervous system and the mind-body connection. I am currently a Doctor of Physical Therapy Student at Tufts University, and I hold a B.S. in Neuroscience from Western Washington University. I have conducted research on neurodegenerative disorders and the positive effects of mindfulness meditation.
After my experience with chronic pain and healing through yoga, movement, and nervous-system based practices, I became a Yoga Instructor with a focus on restorative and vagus nerve techniques. I furthered my training in bodywork through certification in individual assisted stretch therapy and Thai Massage. I take a nervous-system based lens in my teaching and offerings, integrating yoga, sound, and dance therapies.

Off of the mat, I enjoy ecstatic dancing, photography, hiking, medicinal mushroom and plant foraging, and nutrient-dense cooking. I am honored to be a part of your healing journey, and I am looking forward to meeting you!
